LUGI Leap Awards 2010 - A journey of recognition.

LUGI has introduced a system to recognise the performers among the members through its LEAP Awards 2009 at the 7th Annual Convention.

The following the list of awardees who were recognised at the 7th Annual Convention, at Hyderabad.

Presidents’ Club Medal - Awarded to 8 LUGI members

CEO’s Club Medal - Awarded to 25 LUGI members.

Members’ Club Medal - Awarded to 33 LUGI members.

These recognitions have generated tremendous enthusiasm and innumerous calls are received at the office, about the eligibility criteria / condition for the next year’s award.

The Management Committee(MANCOM), has framed the conditions for eligibility for the
year 2009-10, as given below:

ELIGIBILITTY

The LEAP awards for the year 2009-2010 will be based on the first yearcommission including Bonus Commission earned during the financial year 01.04.2009 to 31.03.2010.

The following three bands of awards based on the said criteria.

The Presidents’ Club:

In recognition of the achievement of earning Rs.14, 50,000/- or more, as first year Commission including Bonus Commission during financial year 2009-2010.

The CEO’s Club:

In recognition of the achievement of earning Rs.9, 50,000/- or more, as first year commission including bonus commission during financial year 2009-2010.

The Members’ Club:

In recognition of the achievement of earning Rs.5, 25,000/- or more, as first year commission including bonus commission during financial year 2009-2010.

RECOGNITION

Credit will also be given to the following, for deciding the first year’s commission:

Commission earned under Medical Insurance Policies.

Commission earned under Personal Accident Insurance Policies.

Note:   The credit from the Medical Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance will be restricted to 40% of the eligibility for the respective Clubs

Other General Insurance commission will not be included.

All Presidents’ Club, CEO’s Club and Members’ Club will be recognized by presenting Medals and Certificates at the 8th Annual Convention to be held in 2010, by the Dignitaries /VIPs.

They will also be provided with Special Badges in Honour of their achievement.

Members who register for the 8th Annual Convention will be sent an eligibility confirmation form, which is to be counter signed by the competent authority.

LUGI’s Management Committee reserves the right to reject an application if it finds that the form is not signed by the competent authority.

Benchmark for achievement and criteria for selection, as stipulated above, will be applicable for the year 2009 -10 only.
