Insurance Seminar April 2010 at Singapore

It is proposed to organize a Special Insurance Seminar at Singapore, followed by Star Cruise Virgo for 3 nights and 4 days, during the last week of April 2010.

The exact dates will be finalized and informed to all of you, well in advance. The comprehensive details are provided below:­

ITINERARY FOR SEMINAR
SINGAPORE - 2 NIGHTS
STAR CRUISE VIRGO - 3 NIGHTS & 4 DAYS.

Assemble at Chennai International Airport at 2015 hours to board the flight to Singapore at 2315 hours.

Chennai to Singapore by SQ 529
Departure - Chennai - 2315 hrs -Arrive - Singapore - 0550 hrs (Next Day)

Arrive at Singapore 0550 hours and transfer to hotel
(All hotels in Singapore Check-in at 1400 hours & Check-out at 1200 hours. Early check-in is based on pre booking the rooms).

Check-in to the hotel and later proceed to the Insurance Seminar. Overnight stay at the hotel (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided).

The forenoon is free for your personal agenda. After breakfast you may proceed for optional tour. After lunch, at 1300 hours proceed to Cruise Terminal to board the Star Cruise Virgo at 1600 hours. Over night journey by Star Cruise (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided).

Reach Penang at 1200 hours. Proceed for Penang tour organized by Cruise at extra cost. At 20.00 hours depart from Penang proceed to Phuket. Overnight journey by Star Cruise (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided).

Reach Phuket at 07.00 hours. Proceed to Phuket tour organized by Cruise at extra cost. At 17.00 hours depart from Phuket proceed to Singapore. Overnight journey by Star Cruise (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided).

Enjoy the day on board Star Cruise. Arrive at Singapore, at 1900 hours. Proceed to hotel for overnight stay (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided).

The day is free for your personal agenda. After breakfast you may opt for shopping at Little India, on your own. At 1225 hrs proceed to the airport to board the flight to Chennai via Bangkok (Breakfast, Lunch).

You are advised to choose the CATEGORY of your choice and indicate the same in the application form. Please note that if partner is not available, then, we may have to allot any alternative accommodation.3 delegates who have attended the Convention at Hyderabad have already paid Rs. 5,000/-each, for the Summit.

The following are the Rules and Regulations for attending the seminar.

This seminar is open to the members of LUGI only, who are in good standing.

Your spouse can join, provided you are willing to pay for the spouse as prescribed and a donation of Rs. 1,000/-, on behalf of the spouse, to LUGI Trust. Spouse can also attend the Seminar. Such of those who wish to participate must make an advance payment of Rs.5, 000/- by way of Cheque drawn in favour of “Life Underwriters Guild of India - Tour A/c”, to reach LUGI office on or before 25th November 2009. Please note, advance paid is not refundable under any circumstances.

Against, the tour cost, an advance of Rs.10,000/- must be paid in addition to Rs.5,000/- on or before 20th December 2009 drawn in favour of”E.T. Tours and Travels”.

The baiance must be paid on or before 20th January 2010. Out of the balance, Rs.6,000/- is to be paid in favour of “Life Underwriters Guild of India” towards Seminar fee and balance in favour of ‘E.T. Tours and Travels”.

If there is any delay in remitting the amount indicated, then the cost will go up depending upon the cost, as quoted by the Star Cruise.

The travel agents are entering into contract with the Singapore Cruise and Hotel authorities on the basis of advance received by them,

Those of you who wish to attend the seminar, please take note of the following dates / commitments

1.   A DD for Rs. 5,000/- or if paid by Cheque Rs. 5,100/-, is to be drawn in favour of “Life Underwriters Guild of India - Tour A/c”, to reach the office, on or before
25. 11. 2009.

2.    A cheque for Rs.10,000/- is to be drawn in favour of “El Tours and Travels” on or before 20,12.2009, Cancellations are subject to the rules prevailing at the time of cancellation, since the commitment is being made to Star Cruise Virgo by the travel agent.

Possession of passport: Passport must be available with the delegate. The Passport should be valid fora minimum of 6 months from the date of seminar..
